The DIRECTV D2 Advantage is a centralized signal distribution system which distributes DIRECTV service to each resident on the existing coaxial cable that is wired to each unit. All the residents need is a set-top box.
No. The DIRECTV D2 Advantage delivers DIRECTV service to all residents with a dish-less design and we'll remove all existing DIRECTV satellite dishes.
DIRECTV will upgrade a property at our cost, no investment is required by the property owner.
A "Right of entry" agreement or ROE is simply an access agreement that allows DIRECTV onto the property to service, maintain and market DIRECTV services. It is not exclusive.
Most properties can be upgraded in approximately four weeks from the time the ROE is executed.
There will be no individual dishes required for residents. There are one standard DIRECTV dish that will get installed per building.
A standard 110v outlet is needed for DIRECTV D2 Advantage™.
Typically the equipment is out of sight. DIRECTV prefers to install the dishes on the side or under the eaves of the building to fulfill OSHA requirements.
There’s no need to access individual units for wiring. DIRECTV will only access resident units when they call to subscribe for service, at which time receivers will be installed for each of their TVs.
Yes. Your residents can get the same national offer and programs as other residential customers. In addition, they have access to offers such month-to-month and 12-month agreements; and a movers connection program for frequent movers.

A Parcel Number, also called an Assessor's Parcel Number, is a unique identification number assigned to each piece of real property. It is used by the property tax assessor in establishing the tax value of a particular property. To find your Parcel Number look at your Property Tax Bill or Real Estate Property Tax Bill. The account number will be your Parcel Number.
